POSTROMANTICS is an ongoing photographic series examining the persistence of nature within contemporary urban space. Captured using a large-format camera and framed in raw wood retaining bark and irregular edges, the works position landscape not as untouched exterior, but as residual presence embedded within technological modernity.

Drawing on the legacy of Romanticism while departing from its ideals of transcendence and sublime distance, the series approaches nature as fragmented, infrastructural, and historically entangled with systems of extraction, urbanization, and ecological crisis.

Rather than opposing humanity and landscape, POSTROMANTICS stages moments of unstable coexistence in which organic life persists within the conditions that simultaneously threaten it.
